Syrah grows particularly well in free-draining, rocky soils and this wine is made from the rockiest vineyards on the Joostenberg estate. The Joostenberg Klippe Kou Syrah is medium to full-bodied and has blackberry as well as spice and peppery flavours. The finish is dominated by fine, yet firm tannins. Made from organically grown grapes.
