The Joostenberg Noble Late Harvest is a highly regarded dessert wine. This wine can only be produced when weather conditions are perfectly aligned, and is made with tremendous effort in both the vineyards as well as in the winery. The wine has a beautiful golden straw colour. The nose & palate are characterized by wax, apricot, pineapple, marmalade and honey comb flavours. There is plenty of sweetness and the finish is marked by lingering acidity. Made from organically grown grapes.
