A distinctly elegant, floral style of Syrah — nothing over-the-top about this pretty wine. The Stark-Condé Syrah has aromas of plum, liquorice, and violets with a palate richly layered with fruit and fine-grained tannins. This polished wine was co-fermented with small lots of Roussanne and Viognier, which add texture and floral notes. The wine was then carefully barrel-matured in mostly older oak. Organically farmed.
