This elegant, premium rosé is made in a Provence style from carefully selected grapes grown at Lievland Vineyards, situated in the Simonsberg region of Stellenbosch. The blend is 50% Syrah and 50% Mourvedre. Pale pink salmon in colour, aromas of pomegranate, red currant and cranberry follow through to the smooth and crisp palate with hints of citrus peel and fynbos notes. Refreshingly dry.
