Made in an elegant modern style, this Pinotage from Lievland Vineyards shows vibrant notes of cherry and raspberry, with a hint of cedar and vanilla from the oak ageing. The palate has rich red fruit and savouriness typical of the variety. A small percentage of old-vine Cinsault has been blended to enhance aromas and add freshness, while a touch of dry-farmed Syrah and Touriga Nacional adds structure and perfumed notes.
