Field Blend 2025

This award-winning white blend from Stark-Condé is made from a single vineyard block consisting of 4 different grape varietals. The dominant varietal in this white blend is Roussanne, which is an amber-coloured grape with intense aromatics. Coupled with Viognier, Roussanne adds richness and texture, while the Chenin Blanc and Verdelho add bright fruit and acidity. The Field Blend is delicately oaked and handled as carefully and naturally as possible. Organically farmed.
