This limited-release Cabernet Sauvignon from Stark-Condé is grown on a small high-altitude vineyard site located at approximately 600m above sea level. This is arguably the highest Cabernet vineyard in Stellenbosch. Blended with a touch of Petit Verdot for added structure, this Cabernet has distinct cassis aromas with unique citrus-rind notes. The firm tannin structure ensures cellar longevity. This rich, intense Cabernet embodies the fine balance between power and elegance. Organically farmed.
