This is the first rosé bottled on Joostenberg Estate. Made from Mourvèdre and Syrah—grape varieties renowned for producing some of the world’s finest rosé—this wine is crafted in a refined, sophisticated style that reflects both place and purpose. A pale salmon hue with aromas of pomegranate and watermelon, layered with a hint of ripe red apple, and a subtle creaminess that adds texture and poise.
