This hand-crafted Cabernet is thoughtfully blended with classic Bordeaux varietals and matured in French oak for 20 months. Blackberry fruit aromas, with polished dark fruit, mocha, and balanced acidity on the palate. Fine tannins are typical of a Jonkershoek Valley wine. Organically farmed.
